Can I sand my 3D printed item for a smoother finish?

Yes! The material isn't super forgiving, and it takes some time. PETG material can be sanded in stages. We generally use very fine automotive sandpaper, starting with 800 grit then 2000 grit and finally finishing with 3000 foam. If you'd like to get a feel for this ahead of time, just ask, and we can send you a failed print to experiment on.

Can you print my item in a different color?

Sure! Just ask before submitting your order. We keep a limited palette in stock, but custom colors can be accommodated with a 10-14 day lead time. There is a $10 upcharge for colors that we do not have in stock.
